Having been in the business for years, I do know a few people and some great REALTORS in various areas.
TIPS on BUYING A HOME... If you are a serious Buyer, help your Agent do their job. Give them the basic information they need to work their best for you. If you know the area or zip code of where you would like to find a home (look at map on home link) and most of all - obtain a loan approval letter from a lender with the price range you 'can' qualify for or POF if a cash buyer. Give them a list of your preferences... If you prefer gated or non gated, country club, minimum bedrooms, square footage etc.. There are in excess of 20,000 MLS listings in this city. If you are truly serious and want your Agents dedicated time in helping you obtain a property, don't be afraid to sign a Buyers Agency Agreement. A loyal and serious Buyer always gets better service.
